Easy Guacamole

Ingredients: 

1 avocado  

1-2 tbsp diced fine red onion 

Splash of lime juice 

Salt to taste 

 

Optional: I like to add a sprinkle of spike seasoning for extra flavour. Can also add diced tomatoes (I prefer grape tomatoes cut really small). 

 

Directions: 

  1. Mash the avocado and add red onion, lime juice and salt. 
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa
