These are the easiest grab n’ go snacks and also super filling but the best part is they taste more like a treat than a snack. One of my go-to’s when on the go, after the gym or a treat after dinner. Basically whenever lol 😊 

Super easy to make – I usually double or triple the batch so I can leave some in the fridge and store the rest in freezer in a Ziploc. 

Just take a couple out of freezer before you run out the door and they’re ready to eat in 15 minutes or less. 

Peanut Butter Protein Balls 
Makes 24 roughly 280 cal each 

1 cup rolled oats 

1/3 cup raw honey  

1 cup natural peanut butter    ( I 💛 Nuts 2 U) 

2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 

2 scoops vanilla protein powder                         (💛 Ironvegan) 

1 cup currants 

Directions:

  1.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (May have to heat honey slightly so can mix easier) 
  2. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet with parchment 
  3. Put in fridge for 30 mins – 1 hr to harden  
  4. Ready to Eat!
