I’m Lauren.
(pronounced like Sophia Loren)
I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in weight gain for women and creator of the Transform Your Skinny Method.
I help women that have struggled with feeling too thin gain healthy weight, create sexy curves and claim their body confidence despite their naturally fast metabolism and genetics.
I know it can seem like mission impossible trying to gain weight when you’re naturally thin – in fact it’s one of the hardest body transformations to attain. I know this because I’ve been where you are – I personally have struggled with feeling super skinny and feeling painfully insecure in my skin because of it. I felt alone and lost for solutions. Tired of the comments about my weight. And fed up with my lack of results.
I wanted to change the game on weight gain so other women wouldn’t have to feel as lost for answers as I was and feeling defeated that their weight was never going to change.
Fast forward to now – I gained 30 pounds and went from 118 to 148 pounds using a method I developed called the Transform Your Skinny Method. I changed my story and now I want to help YOU do the same!
First we figure out your goal and then create a weight gain roadmap on how to crush it.
Some women just want to look healthier and their goal is to gain 5 pounds while others want to gain curves to fill out their clothing better and want to gain 10+ pounds -each goal is unique to you but with the TYS method and me personally coaching you along the way failure isn’t an option.

Session 1 • Initial Consultation
This is where it all starts!
This initial consultation is a 60 minute session where we deep dive into your intake form, go over your food journal, set goals and lay the framework for the 8 weeks. Simple and easy to start recommendations will be made to get you on track and feeling great!

In this session, you will get your first meal plan with recipes and grocery list to follow as well as your full nutrition and lifestyle plan. We’ll go over how to create new routines (ie meal prep, batch cooking) and implement your new weight gain journey to fit into your specific lifestyle.

These sessions we go over your wins, what roadblocks or challenges are coming up for you and provide solutions to get you back on track. We update your nutrition, supplement and/or lifestyle plan so you can keep progressing forward and seeing changes in your weight. You will get your second meal plan (or I like to say next level meal plan) as we continue to slowly increase calories and nutrients into your diet as your appetite increases.

+ Solutions to any roadblocks/struggles that come up
